The Vinpol philosophy is based on fundamental values, where quality has priority
- quality understood as the high product and work standards in respect to all
fields of company activity. A crucial role, however, is given to the consumer
and his expectations. The care for quality of the final products, its look, and
relationship between quality and price are obvious consequences of this approach. The appreciation of tradition with simultaneous abilities to
adapt to conditions given by the modern world are the elements
of the company vision.
Vinpol is proud of the fact that its headquarter is located in
Toruñ - a town with great history and rich traditions. It is
not a well known fact that it also comes with wine tradition
because the first grape-vine was planted on the side on Vistula
River in 13th century. Wines from those grapes were traded between
local regions and Toruñ became an important place of grape-vine
cultivation and wine trading for many-years after. In the 20's
of the 20th century, famous liqueurs manufacturer Dalkowski and
Co., was established in Toruñ, and was making delicious liquors
for consumers from Poland and other countries.
Vinpol with pride and satisfaction relates itself to those facts from town
and region a history, and treats it in context when forming its philosophy.
In this philosophy one of the most important values is the ability to connect
tradition with modern times that guarantees high quality and reproducibility
of the products while simultaneously preserving their particularity, typical
only for traditional alcoholic products. Strength of the company lies in
its ability to adjust to changing markets and in some degree in the creation
of those changes, and
also its experience. In this case a main source is affiliation
with international Henkell & Söhnlein Group with its history
dating back to the first half of the 19th century having tremendous
resources of know - how.
